Delivery
Your ebook is emailed to the address you enter, usually within minutes of payment. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours (please check your spam folder), email mikaelchew@gmail.com with your name and payment receipt and we will resend it.
When we refund in full
• You paid but did not receive the book, and we could not deliver it within 3 working days of you telling us
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The file is damaged or will not open, and a replacement does not fix it
Change of mind
Because the ebook is a digital file delivered immediately, we don’t usually refund a change of mind. If the book isn’t what you expected, write to us within 7 days of purchase and tell us why. We look at every request individually.
How to ask for a refund
Email mikaelchew@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your receipt (Billplz bill ID). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
